Completed Projects
Dietz Lift Station Project
In response to dramatic growth and continued projected growth on the Dietz Creek drainage CCMA is constructing a new 20’ diameter 36’ deep round wet well and demolishing the existing, undersized structure. This new lift station also is designed to have expanded well depth monitoring and odor control systems. The triplex pumps will consist of one 70 HP and two 215 HP Flyght brand pumps with grinders to improve continual ragging issues at the OJR wastewater treatment plant. This new structure will tie into an existing 18” sewer force main that was constructed as part of the Olympia Retama Wastewater Project. Projected estimated completion date is January 2017.
On March 10, 2016 the CCMA Board took action to award the contract for the Dietz Lift Station to Pepper Lawson Waterworks for $ 2,474,000.00, based on the best value criteria, as stated in the RFP.
