Wholesale Wastewater Rates:

FY23 - $4.13 per 1,000 gallons

FY24 - $4.21 per 1,000 gallons

FY25 - $4.29 per 1,000 gallons

FY26 - $4.38 per 1,000 gallons

 

Reclaimed Water Rates:

$1.75 per 1,000 gallons

 

Impact Fees:

North Zone - $2,200 per LUE

South Zone - $2,300 per LUE

Although CCMA has the ablity to tax, it has never levied a tax.
